Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your goods. This two-week period is known as the “cooling-off period.” For orders consisting of multiple goods delivered separately, the cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day you receive the last item.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision by a clear statement using the contact details provided below. You may use the model cancellation form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.


After cancelling your order within the cooling-off period, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us. The goods must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, parts, and accessories. Failure to return goods in their original condition may result in a deduction from your refund to account for the diminished value.

Please note that the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following types of goods, unless faulty or not as described:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Any goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or do not work as advertised. You have 30 days from the date you receive the goods to reject them and opt for a full refund. After the initial 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that fails, a partial refund.


Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise. Refunds will include the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge. Expedited delivery charges beyond the standard rate will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued as soon as possible, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.


We are happy to exchange products that are faulty or not as described within the aforementioned timelines. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us for further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty, not as described, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
